Dialoaze XL has one of the largest treatment spot sizes, making treatments convenient and fast. Diolaze XL has inbuilt contact cooling  for added comfort and skin protection. 

You can expect to see a gradual decrease in hair thickness and the amount of hair in the area treated. The Treatment time and number of sessions required depends on the size of the area being treated, hair colour and skin type. On average people need 4-10 treatments and session intervals are typically 4-6 weeks to allow for optimum results.

Diolaze XL Laser hair removal is an excellent option for people of all genders, ages, and skin types. The treatment is well tolerated, and it fits into even the busiest schedules.

Diolaze is not suitable for people who are:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Under 18 years of age
• Have used Isotretinoin (Accutane) in the past six months prior to treatment.

Traditional methods will require treatment forever.
DiolazeXL treatment outcomes vary depending on multiple factors but the usual range of hair reduction with DiolazeXL is 70-90% in the treated area.

• Shave the treatment area 12-24 hours before your appointment.

• No waxing, plucking, bleaching hair for 4-6 weeks prior to your treatment. Pigment is required in the hair follicle for the laser to identify the hair and treatment to be effective.

• Recently tanned skin cannot be treated with Diolaze XL.
Allow 4 weeks prior to your treatment if you have had direct sun exposure (any tanning or active sunbathing with or without SPF).

• Avoid using topical creams, moisturisers, body oils, colognes or perfumes to the area being treated 24 hours prior to treatment. 

• Ensure all fake tan is removed and there is no residual fake tan present on the skin 24 hours before your treatment.

In order to achieve optimum results it is important to follow the aftercare instructions and the recommended session intervals.

Following your Diolaze XL treatment:

• Erythema (redness) is expected for 2- 24 hours
• Mild to moderate oedema (swelling) and a mild to moderate sunburn sensation (lasting 1-3 days)
• Peri follicular inflammation is normal post hair removal treatment, this is desirable and will subside within 2 – 24 hours
• Avoid heat inducing activities for 24-48 hours post treatment
• All mechanical and thermal exposure to the treated area must be avoided.
• Avoid unprotected UV exposure If an exposed area is treated, sun block should be used routinely for a minimum 3 weeks following the treatment. 
• Avoid deodorant and perfumed creams on the treatment area for 24 - 48 hours
• Avoid self-tan and tanning creams for 24-48 hours
• Bland skin care should be used post treatment, apply recommended skin care for 1-3 days
• Do not exfoliate the area for 5-7 days, shaving is permitted, do not wax or tweeze hairs that are being treated
